When You Don't Want To Be Labeled "Racist"
Rather than trust her instincts, this young lady did not want to be "racist". It is much better to be labeled "racist" than to put yourself in danger.
Response of Sanford police prevents sexual assault of store clerk
Suspect in Circle K attack was charged in similar crime in June
A man charged Tuesday with attacking a Circle K clerk and attempting to sexually assault her was accused of a similar crime by Sanford police in June, The Rant has learned.
Jeffrey Lynn Miller Jr., 28, of Maple Avenue in Sanford faces charges of first degree kidnapping, attempted first degree forcible rape, assault inflicting serious injury and interfering with emergency communications after police said he walked into the Circle K at 809 Carthage St. around 4:39 a.m. on Tuesday and began attacking the clerk and attempting to sexually assault her. Miller was reportedly trying to drag the victim, who was hospitalized with severe head trauma, into the store’s office when officers arrived and arrested him.
Public records show Miller was also charged by Sanford police with second degree forcible sex offense on June 13. An arrest report is scarce on details, but indicates he was arrested at 139 N. Moore St. around 2:30 p.m. that day. He was jailed on $50,000 secured bond in connection with the June 13 charge.
The outcome of that case is unclear, but a person answering the phone at the Lee County Clerk of Court’s Office said there was no record on file in that office of Miller’s June 13 arrest, indicating it was possible the charge was dismissed and expunged.
Miller was jailed on $500,000 secured bond in connection with his Tuesday arrest. He remained in custody as of Thursday afternoon.

Below is a screenshot of the aerial map showing the location of the first attempted forceable rape Jeffery Lynn Miller was charged with on June 13th 2022. Notice the proximity of the location the assault occurred to Miller’s reported address on the 400 block of Maple Avenue, which is within walking distance. In the reports of the October kidnapping and attempted forceable rape of the victim at Circle K one reporter added the following,
Regarding the above information,
So, we know what the likelihood of outcome of the previous case was based on the above information provided from a reporter that did a bit of crucial legwork. The charges were most likely dismissed by the victim based on the fact that the incident occurred on June 13, 2022 and there are only four months between that June 2022 incident and the October 2022 incident at the Circle K which does not leave enough time for processing the June 2022 incident through the Court system and processing an expungement, but in the State of North Carolina an expungement could have been processed immediately after charges were dropped.
Miller “got away” with the June 13, 2022 attempted forceable rape on an individual at a private residence that, again, is a short approximately 15 minute walk from the perpetrator’s reported residential address based on the aerial views provided by Google Maps.
No follow-up reporting seems to have been conducted on the egregious subject incident wherein the victim (see video) was brutally beaten and sustained deep lacerations on both her eye and the lower quadrant of her face both requiring multiple stitches. The victim also suffered head trauma which symptoms we know can be not only long term but often times permanent. The Circle K incident shocked many Americans in October 2022.
How is it that almost a year later we still do not know the disposition of this case?
Is Jeffrey Lynn Miller incarcerated or has Miller left the State of North Carolina for greener pastures? This violent predator has already “gotten away” with at least one violent crime that we know of for certain. Wherever Miller has landed (other than a prison cell), let us hope that it is in a “Stand Your Ground” State where his next potential victim has the wherewithal to exercise her own justice. While North Carolina has Stand Your Ground Laws extending to public places, many people (especially young ladies) believe that such a violent attack could never happen to them. That sensibility is no longer a reality in America and continued culture clashes are bound to have similar results. We observed on video after video culture clashes between ghettoized Blacks and people from literally every other conceivable racial group, including normal Black people. The ghettoized Blacks always being the aggressors and going so far beyond what their victim either anticipated, bargained for, or expected.
A young lady from a culture where a violent attempted rape is beyond belief attempting to reason with an amoral, impulse-driven predator bankrupt of any values and likely from the same ghettoized culture that our “liberalized” system has been churning out for generations. Liberal policies destroy communities. This young lady shrugged off the looming danger so as not to be “racist” (see video), which has become a standard sensibility in America not just among young people. However, this is not only an immensely counter-intuitive thought process and wholly unnatural, but exceedingly dangerous.
While it is true that we do witness a lot of women behaving uncharacteristically in modern society due to cultural engineering, that does not change the fact that individuals must develop the mindset that their personal safety is their own responsibility.
I would love to know what Circle K did for this young lady after the ordeal she underwent “manning” their establishment. Does she still work at Circle K? At that location? Where is she now? Concerned Americans want to know.
